Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental US (the lower 48). Freight is quoted with your court, so your quote is your total.
Can I really install it myself?
Yes. Modular tiles snap together by hand, with no glue or concrete work. With two or three people, most backyard courts go down in a weekend. You get a layout sheet for your court, our install guide, and a direct line to the founder.
What surface does it go on?
A solid, flat surface such as concrete, asphalt or an existing court. Tile isn't designed to go directly on grass, gravel or dirt. Not sure about yours? Send photos with your quote request.
How much does a court cost?
Tile starts at $4.25/ft² for our Precision tier. Your exact price depends on size, tier, lines, graphics and freight to your location. Every quote is a fixed price.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit by secure online invoice starts production. The balance is due before your court ships.
How long does it take?
Your court is custom made, so lead time depends on the manufacturer's schedule plus freight. We'll give you an estimate with your quote and keep you updated.
What if I measure wrong?
We review every measurement and photo with you before production, and we'll flag anything that doesn't add up. Follow the measuring guide and you'll be in good shape.
What about warranty?
Tile carries the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you with any claim. See our terms for details.
