Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vantagesportcourts.com and your purchase of custom sport court products from Vantage Sport Courts ("we," "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and services

We design, supply and ship custom modular sport court systems to addresses in the continental United States. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, installation is performed by the customer. Each order is governed by a written quote and invoice; these Terms cover general website use and purchase terms.

2. Quotes and measurements

Quotes are based on the measurements, photos and information you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy. We will review your measurements with you before production, but we are not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate information you provided.

3. Deposits and payment

Production begins after you approve your quote and we receive a 50% deposit. Deposits are refundable within 72 hours of approval. After 72 hours, if production has started, deposits may be non-refundable or subject to a fee reflecting costs already incurred. The remaining balance is due before your order ships.

4. Custom products

Courts are made to your specifications. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or returned except as provided in the deposit terms above or required by law.

5. Timeline

Lead times are estimates based on manufacturing and freight schedules and may vary due to factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any changes. Delays do not by themselves entitle you to a refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship by freight to the address on your quote. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and reasonable truck access. Please inspect your shipment on arrival, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us promptly with photos so we can resolve it with the carrier.

7. Site preparation and installation

You are responsible for providing a solid, flat, suitable surface and for installing the court according to the layout sheet and instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage, defects or injury resulting from improper site preparation or installation.

8. Warranty

Tile products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is separate from these Terms. We will help you pursue manufacturer warranty claims where applicable. Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation or site conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our products or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and code, belongs to Vantage Sport Courts and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Defiance County, Ohio.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
